What we cannot do
We cannot review individual resumes, refer readers to employers, or advise on a specific dispute with an employer. For anything involving your rights, pay or immigration status, speak to a qualified attorney. For questions about unpaid wages or overtime, the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division and your state labor office are good places to start, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission handles complaints of workplace discrimination.
Suggesting a guide
If there was something you needed and could not find, that is worth telling us. Say what situation you were in and what you were trying to figure out, and be specific: "how long to wait before following up on an application" is useful, "something about job hunting" is not.
